Hashim Sarkis
Architect, educator and scholar Hashim Sarkis is principal of Hashim Sarkis Studios (HSS), established in 1998 with offices in Boston and Beirut. He is also the Dean of the School of Architecture and Planning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) since 2015. Before joining MIT, Sarkis was the Aga Khan Professor of Landscape Architecture and Urbanism at Harvard University. He was the curator of the 17th International Architecture Exhibition at the 2020 Venice Biennale, which was postponed to May 2021. Sarkis is the author, co-author, and editor of several books and articles on modern architecture history and theory, including The World as an Architectural Project.
Paul D. Miller (aka DJ Spooky)
Composer, multimedia artist, and writer Paul D. Miller (aka DJ Spooky) immerses audiences in a blend of genres, global culture, and environmental and social issues. Miller has collaborated with an array of recording artists, including Metallica, Chuck D, Steve Reich, and Yoko Ono. His 2018 album DJ Spooky Presents: Phantom Dancehall debuted at #3 on Billboard Reggae. He is an Editor-at-Large for the Brooklyn Rail.

Jorie Graham
One of the most celebrated poets of the American post-war generation, Jorie Graham is the author of 14 collections of poetry, including The Dream of the Unified Field: Selected Poems 1974-1992 (Ecco Press 1995), PLACE (Ecco Press 2012), Fast (Ecco Press 2017), and, most recently, Runaway (Ecco Press 2020). Her work has been widely translated as well as the recipient of many awards, including the Pulitzer Prize, The Forward Poetry Prize (UK), and The International Nonino Prize. She teaches at Harvard University and lives in Massachusetts. Her most recent book is [To] The Last [Be] Human ( Copper Canyon Press, 2022).
